The gym and the sport

The gym is a place equipped to practice indoor sports, both individual and team.

Gyms are generally private and to access them it is necessary to subscribe to a subscription whose cost varies according to the type of the same: annual, half-yearly, quarterly, bimonthly or monthly.

In the gym you can carry out the activity of bodybuilding or you can carry out a normal physical activity that has as its objective the physical and mental well-being of the person.

This physical activity is divided into two different types: cardiovascular training and muscle building, which goal is to train the muscles by increasing their mass or to maintain their shape using different equipments.
